YOUR QUESTIONS / Frequently Asked Questions

Before commissioning a painting, make the details clear.

Can I use photos from my phone?

Please provide original clear photos first; the clearer the facial/pet features and lighting, the easier the assessment. Avoid only supplying overly compressed or blurry screenshots.

Are all gallery works oil paintings?

No. The original official website offered commissioned hand-painted portrait oil paintings, but the gallery also shows reference works in sketch and coloured pencil. This website displays them as “artwork references” and does not label every image as an oil painting.

Can different people or pets from separate photos be painted together?

You may first state composite/photo editing needs; photo angle, scale, lighting and compositional feasibility must be assessed by the studio and confirmed at quotation.

How long to complete? Does that include framing and delivery?

The original site does not list fixed lead times, framing or shipping fees. Delivery is affected by work size, details, drying and scheduling; all arrangements will be explained before formal confirmation.
